Every publisher captured so far across the theme-detection agent's news collection. Article links come from the daily jobs at no extra cost; country/ranking is looked up once per distinct publisher and cached forever (never re-paid per article) — run enrich_news_source_info.py to fill in publishers still missing it.
Feed rating decides what the dashboard's curated news feed shows: High sources are shown, OK are reputable-but-aggregator style and hidden unless the cut-off is widened, Exclude are never shown, and unrated sources are not shown either. Sorting by articles with "Unrated" selected lists the biggest publishers still to be judged.
